Diary Market Clients: We have added new graphs to your LPCcloud software and enhanced the Loyalty/Choice report!

To access the new graphs:

• Clear the cache (history) in your browser!
• Log in to your account at RRConline.org.
• Click the LPCcloud button at the top of the page.
• Click Create New Report.
• Select Market and Survey Period.
• Select Listener Behavior (defaults to Total Market, Persons 12+, and M-Su 24 hours).
• Select the Station (or combo).
• Select Graph (or graphs).
• The PDF will pop up in Chrome and Edge browsers. It will automatically download to your default folder in Firefox.
• Download and/or print the report after naming it.
